Terms of Use

An informational reference that sells nothing and endorses nothing. These terms cover what you may do with the content and what is not warranted.

Acceptance

By accessing this site you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with them, the appropriate response is not to use the site. These terms apply to every page served from this domain, including the machine-readable entity map and the data files published alongside it.

What the site is

This is an independent technical reference on AI search visibility. It is informational. Nothing on it is a service, an engagement, an offer, a solicitation, or professional advice of any kind, and nothing on it creates a client relationship, a consulting relationship, or any other relationship between you and the author or the site.

The site sells nothing. No page quotes a price, offers a product, or invites you to purchase, book, subscribe or register. There are no accounts, no logins, no subscriptions and no paid tiers, and there is nothing on this site that can be bought.

No endorsement, no ranking

Products, platforms, tools and companies are named throughout this site where naming them is the honest way to explain how something works or what a category of tool measures. A product being named here is not a recommendation, an endorsement, a certification or a warranty of any kind, and the absence of a product is not a criticism of it. No page ranks, scores or awards a product, and no page is or ever will be a "best tools" list.

No link on this site is paid for, exchanged, or accompanied by an affiliate or referral identifier. The author receives no compensation from any company named on this site in connection with being named. Where the author has any relationship with an organisation discussed on a page, that relationship is disclosed on the page.

Accuracy, currency and the evidence verdict

Every effort is made to describe platform behaviour accurately and to cite primary sources. AI search products change frequently, often without announcement, and a statement that was accurate when a page was written may cease to be accurate at any time. Each page carries a publication date and a modification date, and those dates are maintained honestly: the modification date moves when the text of the page changes and not otherwise. Check the date before relying on a statement.

The evidence verdict on each page — Documented, Observed or Unsupported — is an editorial judgement about the strength of the available evidence at the time of writing. It is an assessment, not a guarantee. A verdict of Unsupported means no evidence was found for a claim, not that the claim has been proven false; a verdict of Documented means a platform has stated something, not that the platform's statement is complete.

Use of the content

The text, structure and artwork of this site are the author's work and are protected by copyright. You may read, print and share pages for personal and internal professional use, and you may quote reasonable extracts with clear attribution and a link to the page quoted. Quoting a page in an article, a report, a slide deck or an internal briefing is expressly welcome on that basis.

You may not republish substantial portions of the site, reproduce whole pages, or present this material as your own work. Bulk automated copying of the site for redistribution is not permitted. The machine-readable entity map published at the root of this site is offered deliberately for machine consumption and may be retrieved, parsed and cited; it is published under the same attribution expectation as the pages it describes.

Third-party trademarks, product names and company names used on this site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and reference only. Their use here does not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from those owners.

External links

Pages cite and link to external sources, including platform documentation, engineering blogs and published research. Those destinations are outside this site's control. Their content, availability and accuracy are the responsibility of their operators, and a link is not an endorsement of everything else on the linked site.

Availability

The site is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. No undertaking is given that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available, and pages may be revised, consolidated or withdrawn at any time without notice. Where a page is withdrawn, a redirect is normally put in place, but this is not guaranteed.

Limitation of liability

Your use of this site and any reliance you place on its content is entirely at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither the author nor the site is liable for any loss or damage — including lost traffic, lost revenue, lost rankings, lost visibility in any AI search product, or any indirect or consequential loss — arising from the use of, or reliance on, anything published here.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be revised. The revision is published on this page and the modification date shown at the top of the page moves when it is. Continued use of the site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
